What do we offer?
We specialize in teaching crossfit, functional body movements, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and low impact training (LIT). Our goal is to empower our clients to live a healthier and more active lifestyle. We have 1 or 2 coaches per class that will adjust each workout based on your fitness level, age or any preceding injuries. We also offer personalized classes for those with a busy schedule or who simply like to workout on their own. There are different membership packages to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
We are located in a historical part of town called DUMBO, which stands for “Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass”. It is a neighborhood in the New York City borough of Brooklyn. After your workout, you can visit the rest of DUMBO which is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of NYC. We recommend walking around the Brooklyn Bridge Park or crossing the bridge after you are done with the class. It is all within a 5-minute walk of our gym.
